NEW PATIENTS: You will receive an appointment notice with information specific to your upcoming appointment.

You may be dilated at this appointment and this will be indicated on this notice. We recommend you bring a driver to this appointment as your vision will be compromised for approximately 2-4 hours after.

CANCELLATION POLICY: please notify the clinic as soon as possible if you cannot attend your appointment. If leaving a voice message, please clearly state your name, phone number and date of appointment that requires cancelling/rescheduling.

Appointments are by referral only made by either your family doctor/nurse practitioner, optometrist or other specialist

Wait times may vary depending on the reason for the referral. By CPSO standards, a notice will be sent to your referring doctor with the triaged wait time. Please check with your referring doctor.

Consults are covered by OHIP, however, if there are any additional costs, this will be discussed with the physician prior to proceeding.

You will need to bring the following items:
Valid OHIP card, list of any medications, glasses (if you wear them) list of any previous eye treatments or conditions

Your appointment may last 1– 2 hours
